About the Role
We’re looking for a high-caliber Program Manager to work on strategic initiatives across the company. This is a high-impact role that blends management consulting problem-solving skills with startup execution hustle. You will drive cross-functional initiatives, ensure review cadence is sharp and insight-driven, and enable faster, better decision-making across the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the definition of the vehicle's E/E (Electrical/Electronic) architecture.
- Develop and maintain system wiring diagrams and network architecture (CAN, LIN).
- Define hardware and software interfaces between different ECUs (VCU, BMS, Motor Controller).
- Support the selection of architectural components and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HW, SW, Mechanical) to resolve architectural conflicts.
- Ensure the architecture meets performance, safety, and cost targets.
Technical / Desired Skills:
- Strong understanding of automotive E/E systems, vehicle networks (CAN, LIN, Ethernet), and diagnostics.
- Knowledge of automotive hardware and software development lifecycles.
IT/Software skills required: PREEvision, Enterprise Architect, CANoe, Vector CANalyzer, MS Office, AutoCAD.
Behavioural Competencies desired:
- Strong system-level thinking and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and coordination skills to work with multiple teams.
Education background -Essential: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering.
Relevant Minimum/Maximum work experience: 5+ Years of experience in vehicle E/E architecture.
