1. Business Front-End Applications

  • Ownership of Sales CRM, Service CRM, and Dealer Management Systems (DMS)

  • Integration of platforms with Google / Meta ecosystems

  • Call centre workflows and business analytics to drive performance

2. EV Telematics

  • Work closely with R&D on embedded telematics architecture

  • Define data storage, access layers, and system design

  • Build customer-facing apps and internal dashboards

  • Enable proactive service and engineering interventions through data

3. AI Applications

  • Drive adoption of AI across core operations

  • Improve efficiency, decision-making, and automation

  • Deploy best practices across digital and business platforms

4. IT Infrastructure, Security & Data

  • Oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data storage

  • Drive systems across RattanIndia Group companies, with core focus on Revolt

5. Strategic Business Partnering

  • Work closely with senior leadership on business strategy

  • Contribute to long-term value creation through technology
